4. Vehicle Preparation:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is prepared for transport. This includes removing personal belongings and ensuring the vehicle is in operable condition unless specified otherwise in the agreement.

5. Liability and Insurance:

Imperial Xpress is fully insured, and details of coverage will be provided upon request. Customers are encouraged to review our insurance policy carefully. Any damages or loss during transit will be handled in accordance with our insurance coverage.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy. Certain fees may apply for cancellations made after a specified period.

7. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of disputes, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in accordance with applicable laws.
